Solsticio Hostel is a cheap Copacabana base with the right ingredients on paper: big common areas, garden/courtyard space, games, pool table, breakfast, luggage storage, island-trip help, and staff/volunteers who can be kind and useful. It can work as a low-cost stop before or after Lake Titicaca plans. The social side exists when the common spaces are working: travelers playing pool or table games, pets around the place, and enough shared areas to avoid being trapped in the room.
