Es raro cuando hay agua caliente, no puedes usar muchas cosas de la cocina, tienes que pedirlas, las usan el personal y voluntarios, pero no quieren prestarselo a los huéspedes. Había chinches en la habitación, y me ayudaron a cambiar.
