Bedbugs!!!

BEDBUGS! I was bitten repeatedly. When informing staff, they did not care at all and took no steps to rectify the situation. This place needs to be investigated by health authorities. I‘ve travelled across the world, never experienced behavior like this. STAY AWAY!

l'emplacement, le quartier est sympa Punaises de lit, j'en ai ramené chez moi. Je me suis plaint au manager qui a eu le culot de me dire que je les ramenées d'autres hôtels... D'après les avis précédents, cela fait au moins 7 ans que cela dure. C'est absolument honteux !!! En compensation, j'ai eu une nuit offerte mais qui va payer le traitement à mon domicile et les valises et sacs que j'ai dû jeter ??? Cela a gâché mon voyage à San Francisco Le personnel n'est pas très agréable (mis à part les femmes de ménage). le petit déjeuner est un sketch : toute petite pièce, rien pour s'assoir, vous le prendrez debout Je ne comprends pas que Booking continue à proposer cet établissement alors qu'il y a un risque de santé publique connu depuis des années.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. The front desk staff was unhelpful, the elevator was out of order, and the room was infested with bed bugs. Customer service was non-existent, and the conditions were so bad that I didn’t even stay the first night. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away!

Nothing The room was dirty and there was bed bugs. I told management and staff and they were not at all helpful. I highly recommend this place to be checked by the city.

Free parking slot was available for our big car During our road trip in the west USA we visited this motel. For all 3 weeks in the USA it was the worst accomodation, it was absolutely disgusting. In our beds we found bedbugs, they were everywhere. When we mentioned it to guy on the reception he ignored it but when he saw it on his own eyes he only told us if we stay or want money back. He did not find for us a new hotel and Booking did not communicate on our email, almost after 2 days. So we tried to find a new hotel myself but it was a problem because in the San Francisco was conference and almost everything was sold out. We found the last hotel in the downtown but it was very expensive but because it was 10PM and we were tired so we took it. We did not get any compensation from hotel or Booking. I do not recommend this motel!!!

The skylight in the toilet at the top floor is excellent. Some bed bugs in the bed.

Leaving I booked 2 nights and paid for it and when I go to check in the guy tells me he won't let me stay there because last time I was there a friend came by for a few hrs with her 2 chihuahuas...apparently they hate dogs with a passion ..in the mean time I'm sleeping in my car because I spent all my money on a room I can't go to....oh well...at least my car doesn't have bed bugs like that place

the location was the only thing we liked. So many things, to start the elevator is broken has been broken for ever. The room was musty smelling and the tv controller was sitting high on top of wall mounted tv ghetto like. We booked this place because it advertised breakfast which consisted of only toast and cereal. To top things off I got bit up by bed bugs on the first night. We were locked into this reservation for 3 nights and needles to say we did not get a good night sleep being paranoid and all about the bed bugs. They couldn’t even bring up toilet paper to the room we had to go to the office. My husband and I chose this place because the price was good but mainly because we stayed there 30 yrs ago on our first visit to SF together….this is a new management and the service leaves much to be desired. Never will come back here again!
