    Bed bugs in the bed, did get moved immediately upon request but from talking to other people I am lead to believe this is not an isolated incident and I don’t believe it was dealt with accordingly afterwards

    I stayed in numerous hostels around the world, but it's the first time I got bitten by bed bugs all over. I saw two other kinds of insects crawling around the bathroom and my bed and clothes.They operate two high end restaurants (full of mosquitoes) and other commercial ventures in a backpackers' hostel, which makes little sense. No good common space for socializing or remote work. No sandals in the bathroom. Terrible location. Extra charges for laundry & luggage compared to better rated hotels.

    Horrible service, bed bugs , the staff are lovely but the owners have no soul and treat them badly :(.
