Hostel Mostel Hub Rooms and Apartments

he only area I really liked was the common reception area, where there are some sofas to sit and relax. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hostel. During my stay, I was bitten by what appeared to be bedbugs or fleas, and when I reported the issue, I did not receive any proper response or solution from the staff. The hostel was also not as clean as expected, including the showers. The rooms have poor ventilation, the beds are uncomfortable, and the overall condition of the accommodation was disappointing. The photos are very different from what you actually find at the hostel. There are two separate buildings, and the rooms and facilities do not look like they do in the pictures. The only area I really liked was the common area near the reception, with sofas where you can sit and relax. Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend this place.

Friendly common room Bedbugs in the apartment. I got bitten all over, it was horrible. Bites all over my body, sleeping there was a total nightmare. I strongly advise people to stay away from this place. The accommodation was unsanitary and dirty.

J'ai remarqué des petits boutons sur mon bras gauche, j'ai alors pensé à des piqûres de moustique. Cependant, le lendemain, aujourd'hui 16 mai j'ai remarqué encore plus de boutons au niveau de mon épaule gauche. Ce sont en fait des boutons de punaises de lit ! Nous sommes de suite allées voir la réception de l'auberge pour leur expliquer. Le réceptionniste a appelé ce qui semblait être sa supérieure hiérarchique au téléphone (la conversation était en bulgare). À la fin de l'appel il a nous expliqué qu'il est "surpris" puisqu'ils mettent du "spray" chaque début de mois. Néanmoins il a ajouté qu'il y a beaucoup voyageurs (backpackers) et que cela arrive, de temps en temps ! Il n'y aucune compensasion, ni geste commercial proposé, et lorsque cela leur a été demandé il nous a dit que ce n'etait pas la politique de la maison. En résumé, nous avons demandé de l'aide auprès d'un réceptionniste dont j'ignore le nom, duquel nous n'avons eu aucune compation ni compensation. Nous sommes scandalisées de la façon dont ce monsieur a réagit, et demandons le soutien de Booking pour récupérer un dédommagement financier, ne serait-ce que pour tous les frais qui seront nécessaires pour nettoyer l'intégralité de nos effets personnels

WARNING : BED BUGS issue Literally it's been by far my worst hostel experience in years: The hostel room was actually a flat near the hostel, so no social part, and 1 bathroom to share for 10! Insane Flat was worn out, dirty and loud. Beds are noisy. All in all, really bad place. I'd definitely not recommend. Save the trouble, go elsewhere

The location was close to the city centre on a walking distance. The room was in terrible condition. There were fingernails on the floor, mold in the bathroom, traces of bedbugs, and even bloodstains on the wall. The so-called “clean bedsheets” had hair on them, which was absolutely disgusting. I messaged the staff asking to change beds, but no one responded or helped. I felt so uncomfortable and unsafe that I had to leave the place in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable experience.

The people working at the reception were really nice to me and they didn't even charge me after cancelling my booking due to bedbugs. There were a lot of bedbugs and I couldn't sleep at all, rooms were extremely hot, just one ventilator, a lot of noises from the street, the reception and kitchen were in another building, the building were I stayed looked like an abandoned one, it was old and dirty, the beds made a lot of noise if you move, just one bathroom for 16 people (or more, I'm not sure). Breakfast was really bad. It's not worth your money.

Location is amazing. Price amazing. Staff are nice bit overworked and mistreated I think. We did find bed bugs, after a couple of people got very upset (of course it's not one particular person's fault but the manager did state she knew the cleaners were not cleaning the sheets properly after I saw them not cleaning the duvet which didn't have a sheet to replace.) Dirty un general but nothing to put you off a hostel! Needs some volunteers to do more customer facilities roles.

Met some nice people Got bed bugs from this place, and know multiple other people who did too. Lots of long stay residents who are very peculiar.
