Hotel Samrat Residency Luxury At Nizamuddin Railway Station

The location was close to the train station though we didn't end up taking the train. The rooms were large and there was an elevator in the building. We arrived in the middle of the night after trying to find the location for a little while. I had informed about our arrival time in advance. It felt like our two rooms were not ready and that the reception was frantically trying to find us a room. In the end, we got our rooms however the sheets were dirty with stains and hairs, there were someone's slippers in the room, moth balls in the sink to cover the sewerage smell and the hot water system was not on so you couldn't take a shower immediately. They also used some chemicals in the bed that made my mother-in-law itchy, they were not bed bugs so that was a positive. Finally, there are no windows in the rooms and the walls are thin. If the sheets and towels were clean, it would have been a positive experience but now I ended up sleeping with my clothes on and covering the pillow with my scarf.

There were bed bugs in our room. And the room was horrible. Fame reviews on booking.com. Considering not to book from the platform anymore.

The location had near by market at walking distance which helped with general grocery items and other badic needs such as ATM etc. After reporting issues faced and 3 days of stay the hotel offered and switched me to another hotel nearby which was a better option comparatively. The hotel has bed bugs and extremely dirty bathrooms. Also food ordered was in unclean glass with hair in milk. The bed bugs bit my son and it was a horrific stay as I was terrified and could not sleep. Hotel preet palace where I was switched was better but had lot of mosquitoes and as I was given room on 4th floor and it was under construction it was extremely noisy plus the elevators often did not work when I needed and had to use stairs multiple times
