The standout here is the location: a few minutes from the beach and Nest/Nestival, with Koh Touch and other food spots reachable by a beach walk. It works especially well if Nestival is on your plan, but it can still feel calmer than sleeping inside the party zone. Rooms are simple island-style setup. Dorm beds can have curtains, lockers, lights, plugs, fans, and AC; private rooms may be spacious and clean. There are hammocks, tables, drinks, and food on site, with fried rice, noodles, pancakes, breakfast, and coffee as recurring bright spots. This is not a polished resort zone. The area has been under construction, access roads can be rough or muddy, and facilities are basic. Bathrooms and showers are partly outdoor in places, so mosquitoes, bugs, cold showers, and occasional cleanliness misses are realistic possibilities.
