Es war ranzig und gruselig. Der Boden war klebrig die Bäder dreckig, voller Haare und das Wasser hat gestunken. Es haben komische Menschen im Aufenthaltsraum geschlafen und man hat sich etwas unwohl gefühlt. Wenigstens haben uns die Bettwanzen nicht besucht. Ich würde diesen Ort für hygienische Menschen nicht empfehlen.

I was happy with the place and services until I found bedbugs in my bed and was biten by them!

Nice place, nice common spaces, great view, but beware of and look out for the bedbugs! Accomodating staff online. Safe travels!

Average hostel - BUT LOOK FOR BED BUGS !!!! I noticed when I came back home again and washed all my stuff immediatley. If you can afford it, look for another hostel. Location is nevertheless good and the service is ok aswell.

Good hostel,kind stuff but we found 2 bed bugs in our room. Also the hostel didnt seem very hygienic. Shared bathrooms were often dirty and stinky. The kitchen was in reconstruction so we didnt have full access to the kitchen. And the stuff should wear some uniforms or tshirt with name "stuff" because we didnt know who it was. When i was laying in the top bed i felt like the bed was falling apart.

Stayed two nights. The rooms were hot. Showers small. And I got bites all over my legs. Look like bedbug bites. The staff was friendly. The kitchen is nice.

There are bedbugs in the beds! The facility is not cleaned properly. No one from the staff responded to my message about bedbug bites.

I had problems with bed bugs. I told them and I hope they do something about it to make it better

There was a bedbug problem that made sleeping soundly impossible

The hostel didnt seem very hygienic. We actually have bed bug’s bites all over our bodies since they were in our room. When we alarmed the staff about it, they didn’t seem surprised or concerned at all. Shared bathrooms were often dirty and stinky. The kitchen was in reconstruction so we didnt have full access to the kitchen. And the staff should wear some uniforms or tshirt with “staff" on them because it was really hard to distinguish them from regular people staying there.

There were bed bugs in the beds unacceptable. Do NOT stay here they sold the BED WITH BEDBUGS TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER the next day when the person left.

Overall it is a good hostel but my bed was full of bedbugs.

I didn't like that you need to put yourself the sheets in the bed plus I was bitten by bedbugs.

Hostel apesar de aparentar limpo, está infestado de percevejos no quarto/cama. Logo na primeira noite, quando acordei percebi que fui atacada, reclamei e mudaram meu colchão e roupa de cama, não resolveu, eles continuavam lá. Horrível. Paguei um hostel para dormir e consegui tudo, menos isso, uma vez que, passei quase toda a noite acordada a me coçar por ter feito alergia as picadas. Nojento. Nunca mais, não recomendo.

Yep, their overall rating is 8 point something and for a good reason. Location, ease of access, staff, all the right reasons. While I was here some guests who were out camping in the woods near here came here and brought some bedbugs with them from the woods and I guess inadvertently dropped them in one of the dorms. To this the staff reacted promptly and in a day of cleansing and mattress changing and such eradicated these uninvited guests swiftly, in deed. Thanks for everything :)
