Hostel Jasmin

Das ganze Zimmer ist mit Bettwanzen befallen (siehe Foto von Bissen), hatte nur.2 Nächte, aber wollte sowieso ausziehen wegen Schmutz drin

My stay at Jasmin hostel was by far the worst hostel experience I ever had. We had planned to stay 4 nights at the hostel, but we had to brutally end our stay after the second night when we discovered that the dorm was infested with bedbugs. There were bedbugs in both our beds and the one of my other friend that was staying with us. They were in the bed and on the walls of the dorm, but we even found some in the shared kitchen. We found approximately 20 bedbugs in total! My friend also saw new stains from crushed bedbugs on the walls meaning the hostel knew about the situation but they were just trying to cover the problem instead of solving it. Also, my back and my legs are covered by around 30 bites. We had to waste the entire next day at the laundromat to try to resolve this problem quickly. After writing to the hostel asking for a refund and compensation they pretended we were never there. We had to write to Bookings, and we are still waiting for their answer. Outside the bedbugs situation, there was a serious neglect regarding cleaning in the dorm, the bathrooms and the kitchen. I do not recommend this hostel at all and I wish I could prevent someone from staying there.

!DO NOT COME HERE! This hostel is infested of bed bugs. They are aware of the situation and are not doing anything about it (we found crushed bed bugs on the wall that were not there before the cleaning staff passed). We found more than 20 bed bugs in the beds and on the walls, they were crawling everywhere. My friend has more than 40 bites. The hostel is trying to say that we never showed up to our reservation and canceled our booking. They refuse to refund our payment and to compensate for the laundry service that we had to do to sanitize all our belongnings. More than three bed bugs were found in our bags. If we never noticed we would have brought them back home and spread the infestation. This is a horrible place.
