Everything is great until I found a bed bug, and it was "empty" which means it is "hungry", if I didn't notice i sure will get bite and have to go home with allergies and itchy. But thank God I found it and stay safe for 2 nights and the staff are very responsive in changing the new bed sheet on the other morning.

Unfortunately, during our stay, we ended up with bed bugs in our bed, the staff responded straight away and did move us to another room straight away, however, we did have to pay a significant amount of money to wash all our clothes and the dry cleaners to get rid of the bugs. The rooms were otherwise really clean, and the beds were great and private, the only other issue was the lock on the bedroom door made a terrible loud slam when closed.
