    I would suggest not using their website to book accomodations. I found I could book it cheaper without prepaying on one of the hotel booking sites so I cancelled my original reservation made through their website. 10 days later I am still waiting for the refund. When I email them to ask questions they usually reply by the next day, but the payment system seems to be handled by a third party and it is a little frustrating that the refund takes such a long time.

    正直ネカフェに泊まるより断然良かったです。スタッフさんも温かく、施設も新しくてシャワーなどの水周りもとても綺麗でした。ちょっと歩けばご飯屋もたくさんあるし、素泊まりにしては文句なしでした。また東京に行ったらぜひ利用したいと思います。非常にオススメです。
