the location is nice. staff was very friendly and helpful. bed is comfy and room looks clean. t is very small and tight. other guests not so much. they were loud and make noise until 2 am. the place only have mini microwave and its really hard to use due to the space. no utensils we can use to eat. only mugs. the toilet smells like pee and theres cockroaches crawling near sink and toilet. we actually caught some bed bugs bites in our legs. with the same price i can find a better hotel.

Esta bien ubicado y el staff es SÚPER amable Tienen bed bugs y la verdad que el sector de los colchones podría estar más limpio. No lo recomiendo para un viajero solo es más para parejas o familia la verdad, no es el mejor lugar para conocer gente. No tiene los utensilios necesarios para lavar los platos y el sector es un poco incómodo. Tienen que mejorar cosas pero la verdad es que todo el staff es muy amable por lo que al menos no la pasas mal.

The downstairs cafe doubles as the lounge and work spot, which gives IZA Enoshima Guesthouse & Bar a more useful base than a plain bed-and-shower stop. It works well for a laptop session, eating your own food, or hanging around after beach time. The location is the main win: near Enoshima Island, the beach, train options, restaurants, shops, coffee, and a 7-Eleven. A short walk can put Mt Fuji in view, and the area seems lively without being a constant nighttime noise machine. Inside, expect a cute, compact guesthouse with friendly staff, clean shared areas when things are running well, and basic practical kit like WiFi, laundry, hairdryers, a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, and an ice machine. Dorm beds may have privacy curtains, and private rooms can feel comfortable, but the building is small and the setup is more simple than full-service hostel.

- Bath towels, luggage storage after checkout, and other basics may cost extra.
- Rooms, corridors, and shared areas can feel tight, with steep stairs that are awkward for heavy luggage.
- Beds are mixed: certain mattresses feel comfortable, while others are thin, soft, or low to the floor.
- Noise can travel through thin walls, and bright or window-side beds may be harder for sleep.
- Bathroom maintenance is uneven, including lock issues, too few showers or toilets at busy times, odor, mold, and cleanliness problems.
