Very high potential of bed bugs and or cockroaches , the smell of the bathroom

we had mold in the room and in the shower, the shower was cold and our bed had bed bugs. Also the bed sheet always removed itself by the slightest movement in bed

We found at least 10 bed bugs in our room!!! The staff was very rude and unhelpful and didn’t take our problem serious even though I showed them all of my bites! We got offered 1 night as compensation even though we left immediately and didn’t stay the 2 more nights. Don’t go there!!

We had over 10 bed bugs in our room!!! When i told the staff that i was covered in bites, they didn’t really care. Of course we changed hotels immediately. We were offered the money for 1 night although we didn’t stay for 2 more nights.
