stayed 3 times, the first 2 times were great, had no issues at all, the third time I woke up with bed bug bites all over me, face, arms, legs, and the hostel manager was no help

Very poor hostel. To start, I found a dead bed bug on my first night. When I mentioned it to reception they moved me and my partner to another room, but left everyone else in the room and I don’t think they even checked the room.

Has everything you need, however our room wasn’t overly clean, the bed was really uncomfy and had bed bugs. The room was very old, with holes in the roof in the bathroom! Definately needs some TLC!

Absolutely filthy. Dirty floor, linen, and the place reeked. We are pretty sure we got bedbugs from the room.

I stayed here for a total of 4 nights and by the second night I noticed a few bites, just assuming they were mosquitoes. I now have bites all over me and they are exactly how bed bug bites look. So frustrated because I now have to find a way to get rid of these.

Actually I like this hostel it is cool and relax but I get bitten by so many bed bugs after we moved in a another dorm room. I was telling that to the reception and the girl means that's not possible even after she saw the pictures of my bed with a bed bug on it.

Worst experience in my life for accommodation and this is no exaggeration! Bed bugs biting us all night. We moved out after one night. Better hostels around as we found out.

Staff friendly-but management rude&argumentative. Not very clean&heaps broken in all rooms with a special bonus "BED BUGS" -Showed them&they not care i covered in 100's bites.
