Conmigo ocurrió una situación extremadamente desagradable. La primera noche me PICARON las CHINCHES. No pude dormir casi toda la noche, cuando me desperté encontré marcas de picaduras de insectos en mi cuerpo (piernas, brazos, espalda, parte de cara y cuello). Me dirigí a la farmacia, donde me confirmaron que no era una reacción alérgica, sino que las picaduras eran casi completamente probables de las chinches (la línea de picaduras es típica de las chinches). Me dirigí al día siguiente con este problema, la chica en recepción fue amable y me ha cambiado la habitación. La segunda noche dormí normalmente, pero ahora me quedo con las marcas de las picaduras que me causaron una alergia aún mayor. Estaba muy molesto y conmocionado por el estado psicológico de que el personal me dijo que mandaron la información al propietario del hostal, esperaba que hubiera alguna reacción, al menos un intento de resolver la situación y de alguna manera suavizar lo que sucedió, en mi opinión, un caso atroz. Al menos, el propietario del establecimiento podría reembolsar el costo de la estancia por esa noche. Lamentablemente, no hubo reacción por parte de la administración, lo que me permite concluir que el propietario no se preocupó por el incidente, por lo que envié una solicitud al Ministerio de industria y turismo para que prestara atención y fortaleciera los controles y, si es necesario, realizara más controles sobre la limpieza de los colchones en este hostal. Desafortunadamente, mi estancia en Valencia fue afectada por la situación, pero repito que el personal se mostró comprometido y reaccionó con el intento de ayudar, aunque al final no recibí a ningunos comentarios prometidos del jefe. Espero que mi opinión sea útil para futuros turistas.

So it’s a neighborhood but sort of feels far away from city center. It does only take 11 minutes by bus or 25 minutes walking. AC turned off during the day so you can’t really sleep in or chill in the room it gets hot. The second to last night was chilly which is fine but I pulled out the heavier blanket from the plastic bag and I woke up with bites. I have avoid bed bugs for so long but yeah it finally happened. I let the hostel know and they said they will check into it.
