Selvatica Eco is a basic, quiet Laureles/Estadio stay with good city logistics: close to Suramericana/Estadio metro, La 70, restaurants, grocery stores, the stadium area, and enough transport that Medellin feels easy. It is more guesthouse-hostel hybrid than party hostel. The strongest version has good value, private rooms or small dorms, shared kitchens, a rooftop/terrace, hot showers, decent Wi-Fi, a locked gate, and staff who can be helpful. The vibe is calm and homey; the rooftop can be the natural spot to meet people without forcing a scene. Keep expectations in basic-hostel mode.
