Historia Hostel

After leaving the hostel I discovered bedbugs bites :(. I notified the owner about it, hopefully he did something with it. The bathroom should be renovated as the bathtub looked really dirty. No table or chair in the private room. Fridge not big enough for that many people. I was waken up by the muezzin calling for prayer in the morning, as the Mosque is quite close, that is something to be aware of while in this location, not the hostel's staff responsibility.

Bed bus in my room. I rented a single room to avoid bedbugs, but in the middle of the night I found them in my bed. I managed to kill 3. Sorry, otherwise could be a very nice stay

The place is ok, unfortunately we were bitten for bedbugs

- Bedbugs infestation during our stay in a private double room with shared bathroom. After reporting the issue on the first night, the owner applied diatomaceous earth around the bed frame, but did not change the bedding or treat the entire room. We continued to see live bedbugs on the bed and walls the following night. This impacted our comfort, and we barely slept for two nights. However we were offered a refund about 30% of the price refund by the hostel which is not enough for us compared to the inconvenience. - Water Issue: On the first night, we had no water at all in the hostel. While the owner kindly provided us with two bottles of water due to a water cut, we later found in the reviews that this was a common issue in the neighborhood. - Cigarette Odor: There was a strong cigarette smell throughout the hostel, especially in the kitchen located on the rooftop. This was due to many smokers using the rooftop, which made the environment uncomfortable for non-smokers. - Heat in the Room: The room was very hot during our stay, but there was a fan provided to help manage the temperature.

The room had bedbugs. I woke up covered in bites and saw the bugs on the mattress when inspected.

I did leave with bed bug bites unfortunately, and the quiet hours rule was not followed much, even by staff. Past midnight and there was a loud conversation between staff & guest right in the doorway of the bedroom. I made eye contact and they left, but without closing the door and turning the light off.
