Sauberkeit, Atmosphäre, Klientel, Frühstück für ein billiges Hostel/Jugendherberge angemessen. Aber nicht für ein Hotel zu diesem Preis. Die ganzen Nacht trampelnde und schreiende Kinder. Fremde Haare im Bett bei Ankunft, Badezimmer verkalkt und nicht vernünftig gewischt. Der Föhn war so verklebt und dreckig, dass ich diesen nicht anfassen wollte. Fast das gleiche gilt für die Toilette. Ich habe noch nie in einem Hotel die Matratze schneller nach Bettwanzen abgesucht. Definitv kein 2. Mal! Für den gleichen Preis bekommt man im Umkreis von 300 Metern mind. 10 bessere Hotels.

Die Bedienung war sehr nett, aber wir haben schon in der ersten Nacht Bettwanzen unter unserer Matratze gefunden. Zusätzlich waren die Matratzen sehr dreckig!

The First Night was nice only the climate didnt work and it was to small for 4 people and the gardine was missing so people from outside could just stare in in the second night the Nightmare began we had found bed bugs and the hotel didnt have any space left so we had to try to fit all in a small room with other classmates and we werent the only room with bed bugs

Found one bed bug on the morning we left. Other than that very nice hostel and good kitchen and friendly staff.

The Rooms had bedbugs and I couldn’t even get a cop of coffee. So now I have to suffer because of that.🤜👍👏🤝🤟

Rude staff, and BEDBUGS!! Three of the people in the group i was travelling with found bedbugs in their bed and reported it to the staff. The staff told them to Go buy new clothes that the hotel would pay for because their luggage had to be freezed. When they had bought all of their clothes, they came back to the hotel with the receipt. The staff told them that they could only pay for socks and underwear and not the rest. Extremely unhelpful. The bedrooms had mold in the roof. Our hotelroom was not cleaned for a whole week. The breakfast was not good. Don’t go here unless u want an extremely unpleasant experience.

This hostel was very good. It felt like staying in a hotel but with a shared room and not as much service. Comfortable mattresses, nice blanket. Towels are provided which is nice. Very friendly staff. Although there was one massive reason why I wouldn’t recommend it, and that is due to finding a bed bug in my room. I was bitten by this bed bug and have had a mark for at least 5 days. The staff only gave me a 50% discount which I thought was not fair as it is disgusting to find a bed bug in your room, which could potentially lay eggs in your clothes.
