Best Central Point Hotel

We had bed bugs in our room and we only stayed one night but didn’t get a refund even though we had to move rooms at about 2am because we found the bed bugs

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I got bedbugs and ended up in hospital. Do not stay here!

It's a nice accomodation, good location and friendly staff however, bedbugs... My arms, neck and shoulders got bitten.

Punaises de lit !!!!! La chambre en était infestée, le personnel nous a aidé et nous a proposé un second hôtel mais le mal était fait. Nous avons dû tout laver à 60°C

The room had a few insects, which I wouldn’t normally mind. However, the main issue appeared after the first night, when I was bitten by bedbugs. At first, I thought they were mosquito bites, but the marks were larger, appeared in clusters, and were much more itchy. I only realized this a few days later. My room was located on the top floor, which was not accessible by elevator. I suspect that this issue may not affect all rooms, but it was unfortunately the case in mine.
