Sol De Minca

The reception was very nice and the views were beautiful There were bugs (not bed bugs) everywhere and there was no on site staff to help late at night or early in the morning. We got locked out of our room and no one was there to help us. We ended up missing our tour because it took over an hour for someone to come to help us get into our room. We also had a question at night and messaged reception about how to heat water and no one responded. Our bed also had bugs in the sheets (not bed bugs) and there was a scorpion in the shower.
