    Aweful. Filthy, bed bugs, noisy, clueless and unfriendly staff (apart from Gaby and Alan). Had to go somewhere else.

    Good environment. Social, relaxed, fun. My bed had bed bugs and they didn't do anything about it. I got bitten. Luckily my stuff was zipped but in my dorm multiple people had their stuff unzipped and had bites too.
