Apartamentos Viva León

The owner informed us that he discovered bedbugs, will can not accommodate us and will allow us to "cancel without penalties". Also give me a phone number to call "a friend of him" who has some apartments to rent. On the other hand, if I identified right the apartment window/balcony in that evening, it was occupied by someone else.
