BED BUGS! BED BUGS!! BED BUGS!!! I told reception but they acted like it was known and no big deal. Shower water is not hot. Toilets are cramped and too few.

First of all, bed bugs. It was fine at first and then I saw a big one on my bed. Bites started to show up the following days. It also didn’t feel very safe. The locks on every door were nearly broken and you had to rely on everyone in your dorm to lock the door behind them which they hardly ever did. There is also only one toilet and shower for everyone on the floor to share.

Warsaw Hostel Centrum only makes sense as a location-and-price play. It is central, close to the Palace of Culture area, transport, city sights, a small kitchen/microwave setup, 24-hour reception, and lockers that can fit a medium backpack in some rooms.
