  1. Confirmed Google Maps

Great hostel, good location and staff are all friendly. BUT I got bed bugs all over my ankles so will not be visiting again

  2. Possible Google Maps

No recomiendo.

Vibe Analysis

Viajero Cusco is the big, central, action-heavy option: a huge hostel close to Cusco's historic core, with a bar/restaurant, common spaces, tour help, and something happening most nights. It fits travellers who want a ready-made backpacker orbit - easy intros, group energy, city walks, drinks, and a base that feels alive rather than tucked away. At its best, it has the useful stuff: central location, friendly/helpful staff, comfortable beds in some rooms, safe-feeling luggage storage, clean/newer facilities in parts, and enough common space to find humans after a day of ruins and buses. It is not a tiny homey den. Because the property is massive, the social chemistry can swing between lively and oddly anonymous; the bar can be the scene, but the size can dilute the homey factor. Book it for social fuel, not monk-mode recovery. Noise is a real part of the deal, especially near the bar, reception, street-facing rooms, and big dorms. Cusco gets cold and parts of this open-layout building can feel cold too. It can be a fun launchpad if you like large backpacker ecosystems and late energy. If your tour pickup is painfully early and you need clean sleep, check your room type carefully and keep a backup plan in your brain.
