Bed Bugs! Please read the one star reviews Mini with pictures of the bedbug rash that I also got while staying one night here . I was supposed to stay here on my return trip to belize city as well. When I asked for a refund because I did not want to stay there again after getting a BED BUG RASH that lasted two weeks, and made me look like an infectious disease victim. The good side bedbug rashes don’t really itch or hurt. Mild itching. Use Cortizone. I also don’t think I walked away with bedbugs. I washed my clothes with hot water twice and I never got bit again. I’m still praying I didn’t bring any bedbugs home with me. I just got home so I really won’t know for a while The bad side a bedbug rash looks awful. You’ll see in my pictures below. This hotel when I requested a refund for my return stay. Agreed verbally through Booking.com that they would refund my money if I showed proof of pictures of my rash. I provided pictures through Booking.com and through their own hotel website. I still wasn’t refunded or canceled. The hotel then said they needed a doctors note. Trash human behavior The hotel also said they do not have bedbugs and that I was bit by sand fleas. I did get bit by Sam ‘s on the restaurant and while walking around the grounds I was a bit on my ankles on my wrists. You can see them and you can swatted them. They’re smaller than a mosquito bug spray works perfect on them. You can see from my pictures that this is not sand fleas but a common bedbug rash. They know they have bedbugs they or knowingly spreading bedbugs to other establishments. Booking.com knows they have bed bugs and I still put them on their platform. It’s almost like Booking.com is not even on planet Earth so if you need any kind of services at all you’re gonna have to expect nothing. I’m guessing not all the rooms have bedbugs because some people really did seem to enjoy their stay there based on other reviews. It’s a terrible location. It cost money to go anywhere. BED BUGS

My cousin stayed there on November 26 and contract bed bugs

Decent continental breakfast. Very friendly restaurant staff. Beautiful location. Clean inviting pool. Limited menu but all food was delicious. The grounds where very well kept. Came back covered in bed bug bites. Only one bar of soap for all three days. No toiletries. Reserved a double room chateau with sea view that was not available and was given a cabin with no view at all. The room was made only once and still was not clean.
