Confirmed Hostelworld
One of the worst hostels i ve ever stayed at.I ve booked the single room, and it has nothing to do with the photos posted. It s a totally another room, very filthy and old,i was scared if it had bed bugs. All the staff are totally rude, they don't help you with anything.La Paz is a gorgeous city with better options.Choose something else.

Vibe Analysis
Adventure Brew is a La Paz transit-and-tour base with big-hostel bones: close to the bus station, walkable to central markets, with a bar, rooftop, book exchange, tour help, hot showers in better stays, and karaoke that can go fully unhinged in the fun way. It can work well for people moving through La Paz between buses, climbs, Death Road, and altitude recalibration. The social side has flashes: friendly staff, common areas, bar energy, and travelers lining up excursions. It is not consistently cozy, though; the huge building can feel empty, cold, and more functional than intimate. The risk profile is unusually loud for the data. Pricing disputes, room-photo mismatch, cold or dirty rooms, rude management moments, road/bar noise, and weak kitchen/bathroom upkeep appear often. Come for location, tours, and a possible bar crew; inspect the room and price math like a small audit.
Signals to check
