Hostel Lyon Centre

Was dirty, also i would like a refund im totally bitem by the bedbugs. During my last day we even had inspection, i have notes all over my body

The only hostel I have ever left - I stayed for about 3 hours. The hostels facilities are old and outdated (no air conditioning), and it was filthy! The toilet had no seat and the showers barely worked. The bed had bedbugs and the power socket did not work (I raised this with reception who told me they’d raise it with their boss but could offer no timeframe - I had already moved bedrooms twice as there was no locker in one room and someone was in my bed in the other). Felt unsafe so left.

Staff were great and the view is amazing but those are the only positives about this place. Not sure when it was last cleaned, damp and mold in the showers, woke up with 20+ bed bug bites and there weren’t enough lockers in the room as some of them were just completely broken.
