Overall provides good, basic facilities. The kitchen and laundry are quite run down and probably need a few more cooktops/machines to cater to everyone there. But serviceable. While I was at this hostel there were bed bugs found in my room - not great, however I would like to commend the response of the staff who really took responsibility for the issue and provided me and my roommates with free laundry for all our belongings, and were diligent to ensure the outbreak didn't spread.

Bed Bugs!!! Stayed for 1 night. Im not a backpacker, I hadn't been to any other hostels so I didn't bring them with me. I was reading in bed and saw two tiny bed bugs which I instantly killed. But woke up covered in bites. And you know they're bed bigs when they bite in a line. I have about 20 bites in total. Otherwise the staff were friendly and the place was relatively quiet other then some street noise. Would not stay here again based off of the bed bugs. Had there not been bugs I would have rated a 3star as far as hostels go.
