Das Bett war recht weich. 1 bar wäre nett gewesen. Im Ort kein Laden und kein Restaurants, stündliche Busverbindung zum Nachbarort.

Les lits en dortoir sont très basiques. Niveau hygiène et confort, il n'y avait un seul drap de dessous, semblable à un cache matelas. Oubli du personnel ou fonctionnement normal, j'ai trouvé ça très perfectible... Je pense avoir été piqué par des punaises de lit. Ces satanées bestioles m'aiment bien je le sais. Je ne les ai pas vues, mais j'ai senti de fortes démangeaisons. 1 razzia de piqûres sont apparues sur mes mollets 1 jour après ! J'ai déjà constaté un effet retard de ces piqûres dans le passé, d'où mes suspicions. Je peux me tromper et avoir été piqué dans l'hébergement suivant. Si vous êtes non-fumeur, vous risquez d'être incommodés par la fumée dans le jardin. Niveau localisation, il n'y a aucun commerce dans le petit village. Il faut marcher 20 min ou 5 min en bus jusqu'au prochain village.

Overall the hostel is nice, but BEDBUGS made my journey there more unpleasant. I got bit in a 6-bed female dorm room, I hope they take action regarding bedbugs

Got bed bug bites while staying here. The location isn’t the best as it is pretty far from the main areas. There are busses but they are infrequent and are often late. The bunk beds are shaky when people get off the top bunk. The staff are wonderful. Free coffee is also a plus.

La bas pour une nuit seulement afin de me rendre à l'aéroport le lendemain. Avant d'arriver j'ai vu par hasard sur Google leurs avis, avec une récurrence de problèmes de punaises de lit. Gros stress avant d'arriver. Jai demande en arrivant s'ils avaient toujours ces problèmes, on m'a répondu assez froidement que non c'était traité. Malgré ça j'ai vu le bazar dans la chambre ou j'étais censée dormir, et j'ai décidé de ne pas tenter le diable. J'ai laissé mes sacs dans le jardin, loin de tout tissu. Et j'ai passé la nuit sur une malle dans leur sorte de véranda. Le lendemain matin j'ai jeté toutes mes affaires par précaution, pris une douche et suis partie. Lors de la douche j'ai constaté des boutons sur ma jambe, en ligne et qui m'ont démangee. Je suis très en colère contre ce logement, à présent je dois chercher des solutions pour traiter toutes mes affaires pour ne pas infester mon domicile. Je ne mettrai plus jamais les pieds dans cet établissement, et regrette d'avoir réservé la bas.

False advertising and poor management. I got a tiny room by the kitchen with a broken door and cheap pillows. They rented it despite knowing it was broken. After cycling 60 km, there was no hot water. Their "solution" was a 12-person crowded room with triple bunks. The worst part: I woke up with my arm covered in bedbug bites. They use a "Pachamama" vibe to hide overcrowding and a total lack of hygiene. Avoid this place at all costs!

Stayed in Room 10. The room was nicely furnished and bathrooms clean, but I found signs of BEDBUGS, which made my stay very uncomfortable. The location is okay, with an hourly bus to Los Cristianos. Staff were friendly, but the bedbug issue is serious. Would not recommend until resolved.

Des punaises de lit. 😭🤬 J'ai des piqûres à plusieurs endroits du corps. Si je peux poster des photos, je le ferai Pensez à désinfecter la literie de la chambre 11 et sans doute le reste.de l'auberge

Stay away from this place — protect your vacation and your health. On the very first night, I discovered bedbugs in the room: if you turn on your phone’s flashlight, you can clearly see them under the bed and on the walls. Sleeping in the room was impossible, so I had to spend the night on a couch in the yard — mosquito bites seemed like a far lesser evil compared to bedbugs. Don’t believe the standard replies from the management about “cleaning” — the problem is not solved and clearly no one intends to solve it. The staff may seem friendly at first glance, but in practice, I did not feel any real support. In the morning, when I was resting outside, a volunteer from Ireland came up to me and told me I wasn’t allowed to sleep there. When I explained that the rooms were infested with bedbugs, he just smiled and went back to doing yoga, without offering any solution. This kind of behavior is pure arrogance and indifference towards guests. This place is not about rest, it’s about a nightmare. Save your health and your time — choose another accommodation.

Everything. The staff is arrogant and not friendly. The transfer to the airport (18 euros for 2 km) is a scam and cost almost the same price than a taxi to Los Cristianos. The hostel is in the middle of nowhere, it's dirty and there are bed bugs. I was refused to the next hostel because i said that i came from Los Amigos and it's reputated for the bugs and dirtyness. Well it should be illegal to open such places.

Juni '25. Meine Erfahrung mit dem Hostel war insgesamt nicht so gut. Zuerst wurde ich am Abend vor der Ankunft darüber informiert, daß ich ganz selbstverständlich in ein schlechteres Zimmer als gebucht verlegt werde. Meine verständliche Beschwerde darüber wurde gefühlt nicht sehr positiv aufgenommen.. Das schlimmste war aber dass ich wissentlich in ein Zimmer mit BETTWANZEN gesteckt wurde. Das Problem war dem Mitarbeiter bewusst, wie sich aus verschieden Gesprächen gezeigt hat. Ca 200 Bisse

Worst hostel I ever been too. Stay away! I've travelled a lot in the world and stayed in many hostels, never had such a terrible experience like this. The place is infested with bed bugs, really horrible! Out of 5 nights I spent there I couldn't sleep properly even one night. Was moved 3 times but bed bugs were everywhere! Also there was zero respect for ppl sleeping, ppl kept coming in and out all the night, some drunk and drugged, you can't close the doors, there is noise from the kitchen after midnight and from 6-7 am. You will get no sleep at all! The only good thing is that it's a social place and that the manager reimbursed me with the money I payed for the stay. Be careful and stay away, apparently all the other hostels in the island know about the bed bug issues at this place and some will not let you in to their place if you stayed there, so you won't bring the bed bugs to their place, which I completely understand. Not worth it at all.

Definitely hard to get to other locations but very close to airport which was nice. Daily dinners in the hostel. Showers were awesome. Rooms too hot at night and no fans so we had to keep the windows open, so I got a ton of bug bites. Some other people said there were bed bugs but I didn’t have any in my room. Pool was closed when I was there (late may) for painting.

It's hard to summarize the horrible experience. There are bedbugs, there were more infections every day, and you could see them on the walls. They said they didn't know what to tell us. There were cats on the kitchen tables, in the beds, and everything was covered in hair! It was anything but a vacation. We left before our week was over because it was impossible! I decided to write this review only in the hope that the staff will take the bed bug problem seriously this time. I was here last August and was bitten very badly for three nights. The staff threw away some of the beds, maybe mattresses and invited a professional to treat with bed bug spray. But this is not enough judging by the new comments. I am very sorry for those who were in the same situation as me. I had an allergic reaction to bug bites that lasted for a week and left scars. This ruined my holiday, as well as the fact that I had diarrhoea for a month - I can't blame the hotel for that, of course. I still don't know the cause of my illness, which never happened to me before, and fortunately I had it gone as soon as I left. But I noticed that the cats drink water directly from the drinking fountain and none of the staff cared. The most important thing I liked about this hotel was the design, they have really nice open area near the pool, proximity to the sea and the friendly attitude of the staff. If they solved the problem with bedbugs I would consider returning there. But the horrible memories just scare me.

ACHTUNG Bettwanzen! Ein scheinbar mehrfach auftretendes Problem zur Zeit in den Nest-Hostels. Der Eigentümer sollte dem dringend nachgehen und neue Matratzen anschaffen. Die Sitzgelegenheiten im Raucherbereich sind auch ziemlich verschlissen, auch hierbei könnte man sicherlich mit einfachen Mitteln die Situation verbessern

It was the worst place i have ever visited .the beds are full of bedbugs, this place destroyed my holiday's

Gente encantadora y playas muy cerca. Poco transporte; un autobús cada hora. Supermercado a unos 15 minutos andando. Limpieza constante en áreas comunes, pero no limpian bien debajo de las camas y las esquinas y por esa misma razón, a la hora de dormir, prepárate!!!! He pasado noches en vela, sin pegar ojo por las chinches picandome toda la noche. Eso sí que ha sido una experiencia horrenda.

I got bitten both nights and I had to leave. Bed bugs were eating me alive, also in the hostel many people were complaining for the same issue. I was offered to move to another room for another night, same repeated and I had to leave . Fortunately they refunded me as stuff were really nice, but not sure how this problem could not been taken care properly. I stay also in Duque Nest and there it was really everything clean.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend and had a horrible experience. After the first night, we woke up covered in bites but didn’t immediately think they were bed bugs. It wasn’t until the last night that we saw the real issue. In the middle of the night, I spotted a bed bug on my pillow right beside my head, and when I looked around, I found dead ones on the walls—clearly from the whole weekend. The hotel wasn’t much help, and it ended up costing us so much money and effort to make sure we got rid of the bugs and to deal with the aftermath. After we got home, the bites continued to show up on the other person, spreading across their body. It’s been a week now, and the hassle is still ongoing. We were hoping for a relaxing trip, but it turned into a nightmare dealing with the aftermath of this issue.

Stayed for one night and got severely bitten by bedbugs, I counted 23 bites all over my leg and hand. Luckily I'm not allergic, cause this could've been catastrophic for someone more sensitive. No way the owners don't know about it, they just choose to ignore it. Avoid this place for your own health.

Stayed only one night because of late arrived flight. Atmosphere is friendly but BEDBUGS , i had to use gel and antihistamin pills for all my vacation. Location seems close but taxi takes 15min and 23euro. Not worth it at all.

Not sure it is bedbugs or mosquitos but i had them a lot in first night. My left shoulder full of bites.

Alojamiento de los mas baratos en el sur de Tenerife y con precio economico.la decoracion preciosa y sus detalles pero sigue faltando mucho amor.piscina sucia sin su mantenimiento lo que nadie podia disfrutarla,gatos lo que trae suciedad no te podias descuidar te iban por todos lados a tu comida,a tu habitacion.el desayuno lo incluye pero solo dan magdalenas y croasant.camas sin forro y chinches que no paraban de picarme,habitacion muy calurosa casi imposible dormir parece que estaba en una sauna.personal y gente hospedada con buena vibra.ni una cucaracha.playas a 5 minutos muy bonitas.

La literie n'était pas super propre , j'ai attrapé des piqures de punaises de lit du coup ca me gache un peu l'envie de retourner dans cet endroit.

Unfortunately I had a terrible stay in the hostel, after one night I had puncture marks everywhere. When I woke up the second night because I was itching all over my body, I saw several bugs scurrying away when I turned on the light. I caught one and hit it with my hand. It was definitely a bedbug, so I got up and asked for another place to sleep. But even there, as soon as I lay down, there were bedbugs to be seen. Unfortunately, the next day I had a totally allergic reaction to the bites and got big blisters everywhere, so I went to hospital. I had burning pains and insane itching all over my body and the blisters and bites made me look terrifying. I therefore cut my vacation short prematurely. I was paid a bit of money by the hostel, but that didn't cover the expenses I had. I can hardly imagine that the bedbug infestation had not been noticed before. Otherwise it was actually a nice hostel with a pleasant atmosphere and interesting surroundings. I hope they get the bedbug infestation under control and probably most hostels in Tenerife are struggling with these pesky creatures. What's really nasty is that most guests will probably take those pesky bed bugs home with them because they won't realize it. And it's really expensive and difficult to get rid of these bugs

I unfortunately had a terrible stay in the hostel due to a bed bug, I had burning pains and insane itching all over my body and the blisters and bites made me look horrible. After a short stay at Hospital therefore i desided to cut my vacation short prematurely. I was paid money by the hostel, but that didn't cover my expenses. Otherwise it was actually a nice hostel with a pleasant atmosphere
