    The lady on the front desk at reception (red hair) was absolutely RUDE AND HORRIBLE. I have never experienced a checkin like this one. She made snide remarks and abrupt rude comments. She is not an asset to hopsitaitlty and shouldn't be in this business. This is the first time I have ever made a comment like this; it was that appalling. Aside from that, I think the kitchen needs a bit of an improvement. My husband and two of our children also got bed bugs from this hostel.
