ITH Beach Bungalow Surf Hostel

I have sent you many emails regarding my stay, I did enjoy my stay and have stayed several times over the years. However my experience this last summer was horrible combined with your response that was extremely less than professional. Then you keep sending me emails asking how my stay was. I could post pictures of all the bed bug bites I got during my last stay, or I could furnish you with the Doctor's notes for treatment. But given your previous response I find it not necessary to do so. Please remove me from your email list.

This is the worst hostel I have ever been in I never knew it was possible but it happened the beachfront hostel should be a beautiful thing but not this one everybody that is in the hostel has mental problems and if they don't have mental problems they are running from something or homeless everything that I bought to eat was stolen out of the refrigerator by the people that live there not just the fact that it's dirty no Heating in the rooms freezing cold at night disrespectful to the guest dirty filthy disgusting no proper kitchen utensils filthy rotting sponges gross breakfast these people are losers that run the hostel they charge $30 for a rats nest unbelievable if you are traveling be warned this is not the place to stay if you want to be safe do not stay here they have an infestation of bed bugs this hostel should be shut down I give it one star not because it deserves one star but if you were working for a homeless shelter this is what this is $30 homeless shelter not a hostel

This hostel is the BEST! I stayed in a 6 bed female dorm and most nights I had the room to myself or shared with just one or 2 people. Each room has a private bathroom so you're not sharing a shower with 568584 people. The Wifi is super fast and is in the rooms and common areas. Breakfast is free and delish. They also have an underground parking lot which is also FREE. Highly recommend staying here, no bed bugs, no mice, super clean and fabulous.
