Change The World Hostels - Coimbra - Almedina

Perfect location and fine facilities. Staff was generally friendly although not very helpful as they are volunteers and barely know anything about Coimbra. BED BUG alert! There were bed bugs during my stay at room 4. I did a through check after reminded by the guest at Room 9. He said there were blood all over his bed. Mine was still at early stage but there were four bugs. I find they did not clean the sheet as certainly there are hairs from the previous guest and no wonder they are now a bed bug positive hostel!
