BEDBUGS. A girl in my room ffound a bedbug, but told management it didn't bother her. The next day, I got out into that room. Got big 23 times the first night. They moved us to a private room. I got bit 22 more times. They reimbursed me thankfully,without hesitation (precision: I asked, they didn't offer). I had to buy a 12€ cream for my bites, and it's been a week now, and my body still itches.

The room I booked had bed bugs and I got a few bites that took a week to heal. I would have left immediately however it was late and the person at the front desk offered to move me to another room for the night. They didn’t have any other rooms available after that and I ended up having to book another hotel that cost twice as much. The manager offered a partial refund which is stingy considering how bad the experience was. Good customer service would have been offering a full refund and recommending alternative places to stay. Instead the manager did the bare minimum. Bed bug bites suck. Don’t risk it.
