BEDBUGS!!! Overall good. Staff who work there are amazing...but the owner, was reluctant to take care of this bedbug incidet in any way blaming camels and whatnot even we saw them together and he knew they had them as they had chemicals for them in the cleaning room, which I saw by casuality. I ended up having to undress in the hall and take my clothes and stuff to a laundry myself and then look for another place. Please make sure there are no bedbugs especially if going to the festival. Otherwise it will be a bedbug hub for tourist to take back not so nice souvenirs back or to the next place you are going.

TO AVOID. First, I want to say that the staff were wonderful. The young women working at the hotel were exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. They have absolutely nothing to do with the problems I experienced and deserve recognition for their warmth and dedication. Unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing. The first issue was the constant noise from repair work being carried out on the roof directly above the guest rooms. The loud hammering started in the morning and made it impossible to rest. What surprised me most was the apparent lack of common sense. Most hotels would normally avoid carrying out noisy construction work directly above occupied rooms, or at least warn guests in advance. Here, it seemed to be considered perfectly normal. Apparently, the disruption only affected the paying guests trying to enjoy their stay, not the owner carrying out the work. From his perspective, everything appeared to be business as usual. To address the noise issue, I agreed to move to a different room on another floor. After several nights in the new room, I woke up covered in numerous bites on my arms and legs. I personally showed the owner the bites on my arms and also provided photographs. Despite the obvious evidence, he completely dismissed the possibility of a bed bug problem and refused to seriously consider or investigate the issue. I understand that any hotel can occasionally face unexpected problems. What was most disappointing was not the possibility of bed bugs itself, but the complete refusal to acknowledge the situation despite visible bites and photographic evidence. It is a real shame because the staff were genuinely lovely and did their best to make guests feel welcome. Unfortunately, being woken up by hammering on the roof and then having obvious bite marks dismissed out of hand by the owner overshadowed the positive efforts of an otherwise very kind team. Photos of the bites on both my arms are attached to this review.
