    Very disappointing experience. We arrived in Niš from North Macedonia around 14:00 and walked 30 minutes from the bus station to Bloom Inn. My friend and I had each booked a single room on here three days in advance, but were told upon arrival that our rooms were no longer available. We had already paid online deposits of €5.30 and €5.60 on line, after a long argument, only €10 was refunded. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating after a long journey. I definitely do not recommend Bloom inn
