Bed bugs. We took videos of bed bugs and reported them to staff however staff were very unprofessional laughing in our faces. Once spoke to the manager he only gave us a partial refund. Not helpful at all The shower is non functional. Rooms are smelly. Beds rock solid and left us covered in bites. DO NOT STAY HERE
