We realized there were bed bugs on the day of our departure. I reported it to reception and they were understanding and gave us complementary lockers so we could leave our stuff there before our flight. The bathrooms aren't the best. It's very messy to shower in them and the ventilation is so poor that after 5 people take a shower in it, it starts getting musty and smelling humid bc of the shower curtain. There is no AC so you have to crack open a small window.

Please be alert about the bed bugs in this hotel. Terrible place.

Leider war ich sehr unzufrieden im Hotel. Betten katastrophal hart, man spürte die Federn. Keine Rückenlehne. Kopfkissen viel zu klein. Leider habe ich am ganzen Körper dazu Bisse von Bettwanzen. Der Arzt bestätigte das. Ebenso Ausschläge am Bein. Es ist ein 3 Sterne und die Zimmer haben nicht mal einen TV. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und verärgert. Auch mein Partner hat Bisse der Bettwanzen. Ich würde dringend raten, mehr Hygiene walten zu lassen.

Upon arrival, was assigned a room which was clearly not made. Bed was messed up and the bathroom dirty. My new room (#810) had bedbugs in the bed. Found out back home when both my ankles and feet were full with red and itchy bites for over a week!

Bettwanzen im Bett und am Wochenende die Nacht über sehr laut. Der Beat aus der Disco ist bis oben in der letzten Etage zu spüren.
