In the beds there are Bed Bugs. The hoste is super dirty and uncomfortable.

I have got bed bug bites all over my legs and arms which is extremely annoying and I couldn't even sleep the whole night because of itching and scratching. Even though the hostel staff was nice and the hostel was relatively clean, I would strongly recommend them to check for the bed bugs and fix it as soon as possible to avoid other guests to have the same problem.

BED BUGS !!! The place is full of bedbugs, if you want to be bitten all over then enjoy this place ACHTUNG BETTWANZEN answer to answer: your answer is just a lie, I did not get bedbugs at any other place before as this was my first night travelling and coming from home, there was no conversation like you said, but the place with the bedbugs was definitly yours. Next step I reported this to OHT - Oda e Hotelierisë dhe Turizmit të Kosovës, enjoy the consequences

I'm sorry 😔 but I got bitten by bed bugs. It has never happened to me before. The staff was nice,I can't say a bad word about him,but I just can't get over the fact themat there are,in fact,bed bugs. Also the whole place was really smelly,like feet which was really gross 🤢. But that might just be because there were guys in there?(Not to generalize or anything,but I was legit the only girl there). So unfortunately, I can't give a high score here. The place needs work. One bathroom,not very clean (but then again,maybe that also says something about the guests),get some air freshener, please,and get rid of the bed bugs:( Location is great, and the place has a kitchen as well although I didn't use it. Couches are good for reading or just sitting when you don't feel like going to the room yet.

I recently stayed in this hostel, and my experience was not so good,... in the morning my whole body was itching and then I understood that my bed was full of bed bugs... and the second 👎 is that there's only 1 toilet serving 12 bed, and the hostel is located on the 3rd floor so that means even when it's extremely hot outside you'll have to go three floors up the stairs...

Location is fantastic, staff are exceptionally helpful. The only downside are the beds. I had bed bug bites during my stay. It could only be my bed. The staff did help to provide me new sheets but there’s little he could do since it was late and housekeeping wasn’t available. There’s only 1 toilet serving 12 beds. Overall, it’s a very nice hostel.

Don't go there. Creepy atmosphere. Left with bedbug bite. Unsanitary toilet. Clearly poor hygiene.

Was sleeping there for one night, totally got eaten by bedbugs. Only sleeped in the room for like 3 Hours. I did ask for a refund but they wouldn't accept. Old guy's response to bedbugs where that i must have brought them with me...( was my first day traveling and I did sleep in my own bed at Home. Sorry for the bad review but I have to tell people about the harsh treatment.

There was a guest inhaling lighter gas and whole room was smelling like gas. When I tell the owner he literally said "There is nothing I can do, I will ask him to use outside or the bathroom" . After this incident this guest not only stayed at the hostel,he was very close with the owners. Worst experience of my life, never felt more unsafe. Got eaten by bedbugs,entrance is sketchy,walls are really dirty. This is not a place for travelers.

Staff was fine, place is dirty tho and has a horrible case of bed bugs.

The hostel is in central location. Beware of BED BUGS!

The staff was really kind and helpful, and the location is perfect for Pristina. Unfortunately I didn't find this place very clean or comfortable. The bathroom was always wet and they didn't have a proper shower. I ended up with bed bug bites and even though the staff checked when I noticed them, I'm unsure how thorough it was.
