À fuir !! À première vu la chambre semblait propre et plutôt bien entretenue mais finalement non. Quelle surprise que de trouver dans un premier temps une punaise de lit sous le matelas. Après quelques minutes de calme, une camarade de la première sort de sa tanière prête à me piquer. Obliger de partir de la chambre et de dormir dans la voiture par des températures très froides (-2). Impossible de joindre et de discuter avec les gérants. Ne prenez pas le risque de dormir ici, parfois ajouter quelques euros de plus permette un confort et vous évite de tomber sur ce genre de surprises qui pourraient gâcher votre voyage

A fuir totalement punaise de lit dans les matelas (plusieurs photos des punaises mais j’ai pas cherché bien loin avant de partir de cette « chambre ») et aucun contact possible même via le service client de booking. Je ne recommande aucunement ce logement.

Comfy bed, just a shame I had to share it with bed bugs! Had paid for a twin room and ended up in a 3 bed dorm with x2 other people, which was not what I'd paid for. Could have been cleaner and needed some tlc. No electricity overnight which meant no tea/coffee. Bed bugs in the bed. No one on site to raise concerns. Wall sockets hanging off the walls which was dangerous! Quite a way from town.

Bad mold in showers and possible bed bugs- book elsewhere. (If trying to book a last minute cheap stay highly recommend booking through a travel site) Only reason I gave it two stars is for the friendly staff. Accommodations are very basic, bathrooms not clean, really really bad black mold on the ceilings due to poor ventilation. Was speaking with someone in town and was told CL regularly has bed bug issues - although I didn’t see any. While it’s in Chamonix proper, it’s a 15 minute walk to city center. Stay away. Book elsewhere, you won’t regret it.
