My experience at this hostel was negative due to the presence of bed bugs in the beds and the bathroom, which bit me on my neck and hands during my stay. It was really unpleasant and compromised the quality of my stay. For this reason, I cannot recommend this place. The location, atmosphere and services might be good, but cleanliness and comfort are indeed essential. When I informed the staff about the bites, they changed my bed sheets and let me sleep again on the same bed for the last night. The presence of bed bugs is documented in other reviews on Booking, so this is not new to them and I believe that they are just not caring about the issue enough to take the necessary measures.
