Really beautiful old vibe house, we really liked the place and the room too Please do something about the bed bugs because the place is really nice, but seeing bed bugs was a huge downside for me personally

The location, nothing else. There was bed bugs all over my bed and wall. It was disgusting. Woke up in the middle of the night with that apparatus, my bed riddled with bed bugs, had to call the reception at almost 3am and they almost weren’t able to move me to another bedroom. They ended up doing it but at what cost really? Couldn’t fall back to sleep, even after moving, and spent an horrible night. This was the first time that something like this happened to me. But the big issue here is that they didn’t even suggested me a full refund for what had just happened. I asked for it afterwards but they didn’t even replied to me. If needed, I even have photos of that horrible experience.
