La limpieza bastante mal. Necesitan dar un repaso a las habitaciones y un lavado de cara al mobiliario. Me encontré una chinche recorriendo mi pijama (se identifican perfectamente).He dormido varios días con chinches así que la experiencia ha sido negativa y desagradable... Se la llevé a recepción para informarles de que debían desinfectarlo todo bien, y la chica muy amable me dijo que se limpiaría después y agradeció que les informase. No se limpia la habitación durante la estancia al ser Hostel, por lo que creo que es para viaje breve (1 ó 2 días máximo) ya que al tercer día se hace incómodo. Tuve que pedir otra toalla porque ponen sólo 1 por persona, con la humedad no se seca. La habitación poco iluminada, principalmente el aseo, un foco, estás casi a oscuras. Está muy bien el concepto Hostel y el rollo "desenfadado" que conlleva, y lo entiendo. Pero creo que hay cosas que deben mejorarse. El desayuno buffet muy poco variado. Para 1 ó 2 días bien, pero el tercero estás cansado de lo mismo: sólo hay pan, jamón y queso, mantequilla y mermelada de fresa, yogurt blanco, leche y zumo. Podrían meter algunos productos más, sencillos, pero más variado.

Falta de limpieza en la habitación, estuvimos 6 noches y no limpiaron ni un día. El desayuno básico, 5 dias lo mismo Encontramos chinches en las camas de mi niña , terrible.

A lot of bed bugs on the bed. Woke up the next morning with rushes all over my body. I could see the blood stains on the pillow and bedding. Had to go to hospital to get checked. Reported the issue and no compensation was made. They sucks!!!

Prácticamente todo. Nos dieron una habitación sin aire acondicionado y un triste ventilador (fuimos en pleno verano), sin televisión, sin una triste mesa donde dejar las cosas, un armario con alguna manta vieja y sucia, almohadas tamaño juguete e incomodísimas… por no hablar de la limpieza, que era escasa, tanto es así, que me inflaron a picaduras las chinches. Por el precio que me cobraron (100€ la noche), me parece bastante estafa. Este sitio necesita FUMIGACIÓN URGENTE y LIMPIEZA PROFUNDA. No recomiendo para nada este “alojamiento”.

Bedbugs

EATEN ALIVE BY BED BUGS. Found multiple eggs and obvious stains from bugs under the sheet. Every backpacker knows the signs. Reception sent a cleaner up to inspect the bed and told me they didn’t find anything, even though I physically showed her my bites. They essentially implied I was lying (because I totally want to spend my vacation time arguing about bugs and changing hostels…) and that they had no other beds available so I had to leave and find another hostel at short notice. They told me they have a pest control guy who is always there (red flag) and he’s going to inspect it and if he finds bugs they will refund my money. But we all know what’s going to happen. Of course they won’t admit to finding anything so they don’t have to refund it. There were multiple mattresses out in the lobby so I’m guessing this is a problem they’re struggling with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Leider ist das Hostel sehr hellhörig. Die Betten waren sehr hart und es gab Bettwanzen!!! Durch den Fluglärm und die Ausrichtung des Fensters zum Innenhof mussten wir das Fenster nachts schließen. Dadurch war es relativ warm.

bed bugs in the bed. a lot!!! i was kiling them but there were more and more they didnt offer solution, and they said yep it happens from time to time.

I had bed bugs in my bed and the room was extremely hot with no air conditioning. I also felt that the staff was not so helpful.

Bedbugs

I had a very severe rhinitis allergy due to the dust and possible insects on the mattress. I was in bed 503-6 in June/2024. An insect bit me at night and I had burns, everything indicates that it was dust mites, bedbugs or another insect that lives in beds or old buildings. The employee couldn't find the first aid kit, I had to take allergy and inflammation medicine For these reasons, I will not return.

Beds are very unstable, you feel every move of your neighbour. Also looks like there might be bed bugs, I felt itchy in the morning and found some spots on the sheets. Having a bathroom is good, but only if it's properly isolated. The bathroom in the room was behind a sliding door and every sound from the bathroom could be heard in the whole room, it was difficult to sleep.

One of the bunk bed had bed bugs, after complaining they changed the sheets and sprayed. Although we requested to change the mattress as well but it wasn't changed. But we requested again so they provided us with a separate mattress to put on the floor. The only thing we didn't appreciate was this that they should have gone forward with out request in the first place and change the mattress since they already have an extra one anyway. So this was not appreciable.

We got the room code at 17:00. There is no key or card. When we entered the room, we saw that it had not been cleaned yet. We finally entered the room at almost six in the evening. This is unacceptable because we paid for the first day as well. Even the meager breakfast is handed out as if it were made of gold. There was no heating in my room, but no air conditioning that could have been used to heat it. In the bathroom, you have to press the tap, like in a public toilet. Just like the tap and the shower, only cold water flows, and some rooms are humid and the windows are broken. In one room, the bed is bitten by bedbugs. They were never in the room to clean it once in three days. There are no dining options in the area. I booked 15 rooms for a group, two days before that one had to be canceled because someone got sick and couldn't travel. I asked for a refund, but they refused. I do not recommend this hostel in any way. 17:00-kor kaptuk meg a szobakódot. Sem kulcs, sem kártya nincs . Amikor beléptünk a szobába láttuk, hogy még nincs kitakarítva. Végül majdnem este hatkor léptünk a szobába. Ez elfogadhatatlan, mert az első napért is fizettünk. Azt a kevés reggelit is úgy adagolják ki, mintha aranyból lenne. A szobámban nem volt fűtés, de légkondi sem amivel lehetett volna fűteni. A fürdőszobában nyomkodni kell a csapot, mint egy nyilvános WC-ben. Ahogyan a csapból,a zuhanyzóból is csak hideg víz folyik, és néhány szoba párás, valamint rozogák az ablakok. Az egyik szobában az ágyban poloska csíp. Három nap alatt egyszer sem voltak a szobában, hogy kitakarítsák. A környéken semmilyen étkezési lehetőség nincs. 15 szobát foglaltam le egy csoportnak, előtte két nappal ebből egy szobát le kellett mondani, mert valaki megbetegedett és nem tudott utazni. Kértem rá visszatérítést, de visszautasították. Semmilyen módon nem ajánlom ezt a munkásszállót.

Heaven of bedbugs. They know it but don’t do anything. I checked out early bc of it and they said they would do a refund but they didn’t. I reached out to them but no answer. I got bitten 100+ spots. Do not stay here!

BED BUGS!!! We stayed in a private room with bathroom. It was one of the worst places we’ve ever stayed. 1. The room is in terrible condition. The furniture is dirty and destroyed. There was mold on the wall. The curtains were dirty with stains. 2. There was no blanket 3. So called open shower is a joke. You basically have the shower in the same room where you sleep. 4. There is no normal door to the toilet, there is only a glass divider which is hardly a door. 5. On the last night we got bitten by bed bugs (photo attached) 6. During 4 nights of stay, no one cleaned our room. All of this for almost 100 EUR per night. I’d advise everyone to find a better place to stay.

una invasión de chinches que se convirtieron en pesadilla y aún tengo las marcas de las picadas en mi cuerpo. De vrdad lo siento mucho porque todo el hostel es agradable, bien ubicado y un personal maravilloso.

Bed bugs. They moved me from the room, and were very helpful, but I still found I was covered in bites the day I left.

La habitacion estaba terriblemente sucia, olia feo. Las sabanas parecen que no las cambiaban porque estaban con mugre, manchas y lo peor de todo es que habian chinches (garrapatas de humano) en la mayoria de las camas y esto es bastante preocupante

BEDBUGS please beware do not stay here, I unfortunately did not notice the bed bugs until it was too late but I am still being affected by my allergic reaction to them almost two weeks after my stay. In addition the wifi didn’t work in our room, the locker size was tiny for even a city rucksack, the hygiene in the bathroom was horrendous (flooding with dirt and debris coming up from the pipes), the power outlet was broken the first night, the code to the rooms kept deactivating for everyone and you would have to walk back down to reception to ask for a new one (although reception was often closed) from the 5th floor because the lift was out of service. Really for your own mental and physical well being stay somewhere else.

The place seemed okay untill i woke up in the morning on first night and found bedbugs on my towel, other girls from the room found bedbugs as well. I left that hostel and didn’t stayed other 2nights. Reception told me to do complaint and that they will validate and refund me for other night. After 2 days there is no message from them and they seem decided to ignore this issue. The room was 505. They play unfair game and don’t really care about their customers. It’s just disappointing.

It was bed bugs in the bed!!!! Its awful Im full of stings after 2 nights there never ever go there! I asked refund because its ridiculous that I payed to catch bed bugs but they didnt give me anything about the situation. Not even a sorry!

Wir hatten 2 Aufenthalte dort - bei einem Aufenthalt waren Bettwanzen oder Flöhe in meinem Bett (nicht in denen der Anderen)

BED BUGS! Luckily not in my bed but in several other peoples bunks - it also isn’t a very good hostel if you are a solo traveller, the only people i chatted to were in my room as they don’t arrange anything and it’s part hotel. Plus rooms are super hot and stuffy and come with only one fan - bunk beds in my room didn’t have curtains like the photos of the girls rooms and the metal beds squeaked at every move
