Bad experience but reception was nice to get me a refund though. Mouldy and dirty bathroom with bandaids left… Bed bugs in sheets. Had to leave immediately

The location was great We had bed bugs in our original room, and then were moved. Bed bugs were discovered in the new room we were placed. We were moved, again, only to have bed bugs there aswell. We have a 2 year old. And moving throughout the hotel in the middle of the night. We were very upset. There was no other option offered.
