    When I arrive at the property, I had to do the check in and instal an application and after I could enter the room. Unfortunately there was nobody at the reception. The problems started in the morning when I woke up and I had BED BUGS BITES on my right leg. I tried to contact the property but nobody answered at the phone. I tried to call back after 2 days and I explained them the situation. The answer was: ”we are sorry”. That was all. I emailed them and I send them photos with my leg. They didn’t care about this. For me this experience was the WORST one in my life. Now I will do all the complains to booking to receive all my money back. Nobody should go through this experience!
