   Nothing much at all. There was no oversight by staff to control aggressive and pushy guests. Food theft was rampant. Crowding in the dorm was horrendous.

   The worst hotel I have ver stayed at! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! It’s dirty and filled with creep naked men!!! And the staff went through my belongings and when I asked why they just laughed me at. I left early and slept in the airport because that felt more same

   Location Everything was bad…bad smell throughout the place…no response when messaged via the app…dirty sheets/place…no toilet paper at times…the front desk randomly closed…paying extra for everything, so surcharges with linen, etc. so IT’S A SCAM. Had to leave early in the middle of the night

   the only thing positive about this stay was the location and clean bathrooms i had to leave the facility early not only because it felt unsafe (received code but when i came back late at night the door was unlocked and there was some very questionable people in the lobby) and unclean (my bed was not emptied before i arrived and had the previous guests dirty linens in it, the room felt very humid and dirty, BUT the worst of it all, before i put my head on the pillow there was a bed bug (vägglus) crawling on the wall, i was so tired so i tried to ignore it, but when i woke up to go to the bathroom and got back, there was not only one on my pillow, but smaller ones on my earplugs. i was so disgusted i decided to get out. ive stayed at several hostels through my years traveling, and since this one was in my homecountrys capital, i felt it would be up to decent standards regardless of the simplicity and relatively low price, however this is by far the worst hostel ive stayed in, only one time before have i experienced bugs which im aware of is a common issue in hostels, but at least then the rest of the hostel was decent. also, there was not enough lockers for each bed and no outlet to charge your phone by the bed. if you have any other options, i recommend you to NOT stay here. or at least bring bug spray. im horrified.

   I had the best night sleep here than I have gotten at any other hostel I’ve visited. As a single female traveler this place was extremely intimidating and uncomfortable. I chose the 28 bed room which I can see being a bad decision, but the entire place was basically older men who stared at me and invaded on my privacy. I was uncomfortable to be in the common space because I was approached by the men when I was there, so when it was nighttime I would hide in my bunk. I even put my coat up for privacy but the men would peer around it to look at me. Very scary and unpleasant.

   If you're considering staying at this "hostel," do yourselves a favor: don't. This place is an absolute nightmare. Our experience here was so traumatic that we feel a moral obligation to warn anyone thinking about staying here. First and foremost, this is not a hostel but a shelter for the homeless. The people staying here are often without stable housing and, unfortunately, many of them do not hesitate to steal belongings, they are sick and sleeping it's impossible because they cough continuously. Several other guests had their personal items stolen, making the lack of security a major issue. The owner is the icing on the cake of this disastrous experience. Not only is he dishonest and doesn't speak a word of English, but he also seems completely indifferent to the condition of his hostel. His responses were vague and deceitful, and he did nothing to address the numerous problems we raised. The beds are practically destroyed, with mattresses so worn and filthy that we'd rather sleep on the floor. And trust us, the floor isn't much better. We found a pair of scissors and a box cutter under our bed – a disturbing discovery that made us fear for our safety. The bathrooms are in a dreadful state: dirty, foul-smelling, and seemingly uncleaned for weeks, if not months. There's no toilet paper, and mold is everywhere. Using them is an almost unbearable experience. To top it off, the real danger of this hostel lies in the people who frequent it. Not only will you feel constantly threatened, but it's genuinely risky for your safety. We're not exaggerating when we say that we feared for our safety. if you don't have the money to stay in other hostels, go and buy some locks and some spray or something to defend yourself because it will most likely be useful. I'm not joking, in this hostel you are in danger. This place is a complete disaster, dangerous, and absolutely to be avoided. We hope this review can save someone else from the nightmare we experienced. We wouldn't wish a stay here on anyone.

    On May 19th, I checked in and left my luggage at the hostel, I looked for my things at 1am and didn't realize if anything was missing. When I arrived at the airport I realized that they had stolen all my money that was hidden in my bag. in other words, THEY TURNED MY ENTIRE BACKPACK LOOKING FOR SOMETHING. it was €150 like that... and I don't want to accuse anyone but the reception is locked, there's no way it could have been someone, that person knew exactly what they were looking for. It was the employees themselves, the worst part was that we paid a lot to leave things at the reception. NEVER EVER GUEST AT THIS HOSTEL!     NOTHING! Horrible. In April I made a reservation at this accommodation through booking and when I arrived at the accommodation due to the booking system, the accommodation refused to receive me. I proceeded to notify Booking customer service and did not get an immediate solution and I was left without a hotel. 6 days later Boking contacted me with the following message: Unfortunately, once the departure date has passed, there is not much we can do! I WAS NEVER ALLOWED TO STAY! Subsequently, I contacted customer service again and they told me that they would help me by contacting the accommodation which charged (paid) for the stay and LIED by telling the booking team that I had been accommodated. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

    Dont go its not a hostel i think, they charge you for bed sheet. Dirty place ike its a camp. I brought my dinner with myself and someone took it and said i had the same its mine so s******.

    Hostel staff coming to check berths every couple of hours that was annoying Inmates stealing foods and other stuff (battery charger etc) despite of lockers, simply because lockers are not working with small padlocks

    Keep away from at all costs ! If you want fleas and bedbugs for freinds then this place is for you! I arrived, and an ambulance was taking a drugged up individual away on a stretcher. The toilet was covered in sick and excrement, and the corridors were full of homeless people during the day. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

    Peggiore ostello che io abbia mai visto. Non meriterebbe neanche una stella. Ho prenotato senza guardare le recensioni ed ho fatto malissimo perché tutte le recensioni sono assolutamente vere ,nessuna tende ad ingigantire l'orrore di questo posto. Appena sono arrivata mi hanno messa in una stanza con soli uomini anziani e palesemente senzatetto. Ho soggiornato qui solo due notti perché hanno rubato tutte le mie cose e il proprietario non ha mosso ciglio a riguardo. Solo dopo il furto alcuni che dormivano con me in stanza mi hanno informato che lì, esattamente in quella stanza,si trovava un uomo uscito di galera da due giorni. Questo posto non è assolutamente un ostello, non ho visto neanche un viaggiatore ma solo drogati e barboni. Inoltre ho trovato delle siringhe di eroina nel bagno! Spendete di più ma per la vostra incolumità non dormite qui.

    ‼️‼️ En este establecimiento por hacer la reserva por internet me ha robado 1600€ el dueño ‼️‼️he reservado por internet y en vez de coger de mi banco lo que correspondía, 18€, me han cogido 1600€. Y se niegan a colaborar para solucionar la “situación”. Iré a la policía a denunciar.
