What can I say? We had bed bugs and they refused to give us a new room. They sprayed chemical on the bugs right before we wanted to go to sleep, so the whole bed was contaminated (and it was highly toxic). We asked for a refund and they refused, so we left for another hotel. Luckily we used booking.com and they refunded the room right away.

Esta vez, sólo una de las habitaciones que ocupamos al parecer tenía chinches, pero sólo una, por lo que quizá algún otro huésped las llevó de otro lado. Notificamos a la encargada e inmediatamente nos dio otra habitación, personalmente revisó el cuarto y confirmó que sábanas, toallas, fueran recién lavadas. Problema solucionado. Sólo por favor, no dejen de estar al pendientes de eso, en mi siguiente viaje, planeo hospedarme de nuevo ahí.
