(+) the staff is very helpful. The rooms are very well designed and beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are incredibly beautiful. (-) Bedbugs....we found plenty of bedbugs on our bed and... The staff didnt have any room available for that night so... (+) they were so kind to pay for another hotel next to them( which was even more expensive ).

Very good at the begining, but we found a bed bug, then 2 more! He didn't want to change our room first and after we get back to him we had an other one. Very good price for what you have, but bed bugs are bed bugs...

Getting woken up in the middle of the night surrounded by bed bugs is not a great experience. While the staff was nice and the location of the hotel fine, I can't rate anything other than 1 star.
