I woke up with a bed bug on me and blood stains on the sheets from getting bitten. I reported this and they told me there was not sufficient evidence for my "claim", even with the stains on the sheet.

Le ton agressif de l'accueil. Des reponses désagréables quand on essaie de communiquer et d'interroger. A 8h20, la cuisine n'était toujours pas ouvertes, alors quelle devait ouvrir a 8h. Alors nous sommes parties sans boire sans manger et avons risqué de manquer notre rdv ( a une heure de route). Nous etions plusieurs hotes de différents pays a attendre cette ouverture et etions tous en colère. Une des personnes a meme montré ses bras, elle avait passé la nuit avec des PUNAISES DE LITS ( insectes).... Bref nous deconseillons énormément aux personnes de passage de s'y arreter et d'y loger!

BETTWANZENBEFALL, ich und andere Bett im meinem Zimmer Keinerlei Aufenthaltsraum, entweder in dem engen Zimmer oder vor der Tür, sonst gab es keinen Ort, wo man sich mal hinverdrücken konnte, die Küche hatte Schließzeiten Ausstattung sehr spartanisch bis null, in dem schmalen Zimmer gab es lediglich 2 Doppelstockbetten, KEINE Ablagen, Haken, Aufbewahrungsboxen o. ä., kein Schrank, Tisch , Stuhl, kein Licht am Bett und Steckdose sonstwo Die Belüftung erfolgte durch ein Miniklappfenster, es war sehr warm und stickig Für 2 Etagen Gäste: 3 x Dusche, WC, Waschbecken für je 🚹 und weiblich , viel zu wenig 0 Specials (Snack, Getränke o.ä)
