I’m glad I didn’t pay attention to the the reviews! This hotel exceeded my family and I expectations! It was an easy check in with Jonathan. Even gave us some places to visit! We only needed the room for one night! My kids had fun and so did I! Will definitely visit again! Plus the kids enjoyed the restaurants in that hotel alone which was great for me! N/A

Very dated rooms. Very dated bathrooms. I just regret getting it but also booking.com totally misrepresented the star rating as well as value for money. The outside of the building is glamorous but as soon as you step in the room, you realize what a mistake you made booking this place that i wont even rate as a motel. No microwave, no fridge, they hand you two small drinking water bottle for 4 rooms and a group of 15. The ac didnt work. One of the rooms keys didnt work and for everything you had to walk a mile to the frontdesk to face some of the most unhelpful and rude folks. Bell station is probably their only saving grace. Good helpful and quick service there but you dont book a hotel for them. You book for clean comfortable room and this hotel is definitely not that
