Hotel Colonial Playa del Carmen

La arquitectura y ubicación del lugar fue fantástica. No me gustó que en la 1ra habitación que estuvimos habían “chinches” y fue horrible dormir ahí. Después de cambiarnos de habitación, la cortina del baño se cayó y el posa toallas también. Muy lindo el hotel pero le falta mantenimiento.

Such a shame how unclean the hotel is. Cockroaches and small bugs (don’t think bed bugs but woke up both morning with bites all over) in my room. Two guests (not associated with my group) were robbed the same time we were there. Their credit cards, money and jewelry were taken. They submitted police reports and found out this is common at this hotel. I would never stay here again and would advise people to avoid it.
